Release time:
2025/08/18
Mold materials need to have good strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Commonly used materials include 35CrMo alloy steel. For some screw molds with special requirements, techniques such as thermal spraying of tungsten carbide may also be used to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the mold surface.
Application field
Mainly used for granulation processing of materials such as rubber and engineering resins, as well as production of cable insulation materials, it can produce different types of screws, such as screws for plastic extruders, screws for plastic injection molding machines, etc. It can also be used to form plastic products with threaded structures, such as plastic screws, threaded pipe fittings, etc.
